The ITSM,Assist™ service requires the customer to purchase a pre-defined number of days and then to utilise them across the range of activities in the above list as they see fit. The pre-defined number of days is as follows: 8 days, 12 days, 24 days, 36 days, 48, 60, 72 and 84 days. The days must be utilised within a calendar year of purchase, but the ITSM,Assist™ service provides excellent flexibility to the client. Furthermore it can be used to significantly support an IT Service Management implementation.
